1. Right of Withdrawal / 14-Day Return Window

In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving your items without stating any reason.

  • The return period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a designated third party) take physical possession of the goods.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return and full refund, all returned items must satisfy the following conditions:

  • Baby Dresses & Apparel: Must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and free from any stains or odors, with all original brand tags intact and attached.

  • Girls' Shoes & Footwear: Shoes must be tried on indoors on clean, carpeted surfaces to avoid scratching or damaging the soles. Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box along with any included accessories or dust bags. Please do not affix shipping labels directly onto the original shoe box.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must accompany all returned items.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are exempt from returns and refunds:

  • Items showing visible signs of wear, outdoor usage, or washing.

  • Custom-made, altered, or personalized items.

  • Hosiery, socks, or hair accessories (for hygiene reasons) if their original sealed packaging has been opened.

  • Items purchased on final clearance/sale (unless delivered damaged or defective).

4. Return Procedure

  2. Upon approval, carefully package the items in secure protective packaging.

5. Return Shipping Fees

  • Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning non-defective items.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot accept responsibility for lost return shipments without proof of delivery.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

We do not offer direct item exchanges. If you need a different dress size or shoe size, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the required item.
